This seems to be just a re-confirmation of what was said to be coming a few months ago. Anyway, here's the info:

As I have said the Only thing for certain is the Harpy kit, Its been done for quite a while now at least as Long as the other fliers (Eldar, Tau).
Will likely be a rework on rules to accommodate them more as a flyer (or anti-flyer).
